Tapilot (the “Service”) is operated by Tapilot LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered address at 1501 South Greeley Hwy Ste C #1523, Cheyenne, WY 82007, USA (“Tapilot”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

2. The Service / 服务内容

Tapilot is an AI-driven end-to-end testing platform for mobile and web applications. It consists of a desktop application, a test DSL, an MCP server, and a cloud service for storing and reporting test runs. Tapilot 是面向移动端与 Web 应用的 AI 驱动 E2E 测试平台，由桌面端应用、测试 DSL、 MCP 服务端，以及用于存储与呈现测试报告的云端服务组成。

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service. If we discontinue a paid feature you are actively using, we will give you reasonable notice and a prorated refund for the unused portion. 我们可能修改、暂停或终止服务的任何部分。若终止的是您正在使用的付费功能， 我们将提前合理通知，并就未使用部分按比例退款。

3. Accounts / 账户

You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a paid plan. 您须提供真实注册信息，并对账户下的全部活动及凭据安全负责。 购买付费套餐须年满 18 周岁或您所在法域的成年年龄。

4. Plans, billing and taxes / 套餐、计费与税费

Paid plans are billed in US dollars (USD) in advance on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled. Current prices are shown on our pricing page:

You authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. Prices exclude any applicable sales, use, VAT, GST or similar taxes, which will be added where required by law. 您授权我们在每个续订周期扣款。您可随时取消，取消于当期计费周期结束时生效， 在此之前您仍可使用。价格不含依法应加收的销售税、增值税、商品服务税等税费。

5. Acceptable use / 可接受使用

You agree not to use the Service to: test or access systems you are not authorized to test; violate any law; infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy; distribute malware; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or resell the Service without our written permission. 您同意不将本服务用于：测试或访问未获授权的系统；违反任何法律；侵犯他人知识产权 或隐私；传播恶意软件；试图未经授权访问我们的系统；未经我们书面许可转售本服务。

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to run automated tests against any application or system you target. 您须自行确保有权对目标应用或系统执行自动化测试。

6. Your content / 您的内容

You retain all rights to the test scripts, configurations and data you submit (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and transmit Your Content solely to provide the Service. We do not sell Your Content and we do not use it to train models for third parties. 您保留所提交测试脚本、配置与数据（“您的内容”）的全部权利。您授予我们有限许可， 仅为提供本服务而托管、处理与传输您的内容。我们不出售您的内容， 也不将其用于为第三方训练模型。

7. Our intellectual property / 我们的知识产权

The Service, including its software, DSL, documentation and branding, is owned by Tapilot LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service, not to own it. 本服务（含软件、DSL、文档与品牌标识）归 Tapilot LLC 所有并受知识产权法保护。 本条款仅授予您非独占、不可转让的使用权，不转移所有权。

8. Disclaimers / 免责声明

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Automated testing can produce false positives and false negatives. Tapilot is a testing aid, not a guarantee of software correctness, security or fitness for any purpose. You remain responsible for your own quality assurance and release decisions. 本服务按”现状”与”可用状态”提供。 自动化测试可能产生误报与漏报。 Tapilot 是测试辅助工具，不构成对软件正确性、安全性或适用性的任何保证。 质量保证与发版决策的责任仍在您方。

9. Limitation of liability / 责任限制

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tapilot LLC’s total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. 10. Termination / 终止

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, with notice where practicable. On termination your right to use the Service ends; sections 6, 7, 8, 9 and 11 survive. 您可随时停止使用并取消订阅。若您严重违反本条款，我们可在可行时通知后暂停或终止 您的访问权限。终止后您的使用权即告结束；第 6、7、8、9、11 条继续有效。

11. Governing law / 适用法律

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming. 本条款适用美国怀俄明州法律（不含其法律冲突规则）。争议提交怀俄明州州法院或 联邦法院管辖。

12. Changes / 条款变更

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page and, for active paid subscribers, by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
